Army of Darkness

Weird. I don't like weird movies. This one wasn't scary though, and I don't like scary movies, so it has that going for it. It was cool to finally hear all of the quotes, but aside from that, like so many series, they should've stopped earlier. I can see why people like the series as a whole, though.

Evil Dead 2

At first I was like, "fuck, why would he go *back* to that cabin?" but then I was reminded that he never escaped in the first place, so it was okay. I liked this scenario much better than the first one; starting out with one person and adding more was way better than starting off with lots of annoying people. The cheese and gore factors were both lower than in Evil Dead, which made it better. I found it to be an acceptable movie.

Robocop 3

Not as bad as II, but not as good as the first one, either. I'm glad I don't have to watch anymore Robocop movies now. I didn't like that they changed actors for Murphy though, and why did Lewis' hair have to be longer in each movie?

Robocop 2

I didn't like Cain, I didn't like the kid, I didn't like the psychologist, and Robocop just can't seem to catch a break.

RoboCop

The best out of the series. The plot is engaging, and you've got lots of good characters to be interested in, too.

First Snow

Guy Pearce is good times. Other than that, the movie was interesting, but I didn't like that the ending was ambiguous.

Hero

At first I was like, "this is so unrealistic. lame," but then I realized we were watching someone tell a story, so I was okay with it. I loved the use of color, and all the different versions of the story. Maggie and Tony are pretty, and Jet's great as always, although I got a few more shots of his pudgy little hands than I would've liked. Overall, it was a great movie.
