The Beach
All I knew about the plot was "Leonardo goes to a beach with some
people and something bad happens," and I was pleasantly surprised to
discover that there was more to it.

They should've just made this entirely CG, since that's what half the
movie was anyway. The Cobra guys' reactions of pain and fear kind of
ruined it for me, but it was nice seeing Joseph for a few minutes.
Eternal Sunshine Of The Spotless Mind
While watching this movie, I thought, "The last time I disliked
characters this much was when I saw Being John Malkovich," and sure
enough..this was written by the same man. Unfortunately, this didn't
grab me the way that did, and it was even tougher to sit through. I
think I may have to write off Mr. Kaufman altogether, no pun intended.
